Growing up in a family of healthcare practitioners, Dr.Nico Soares was involved in helping others from a young age. He graduated in Bachelor in Chiropractic from FEEVALE University (5 years degree in South of Brazil) with two scholarships, demonstrating his passion for knowledge and mentorship by guiding younger students in mastering diagnostic skills in the neurological and orthopedic fields. He was also actively involved in research groups in biomechanics and clinical neuroscience.

In 2017, Dr. Nico moved to Sydney to pursue his personal and professional goals. He has since worked alongside numerous health practitioners in chiropractic centers, rehabilitation clinics, disability services, and stretch studios. Dr Nico has helped many amateur and elite athletes (including world champions), giving them a better understanding of stress and pain management. 

Dr. Nico's unwavering fascination lies in unlocking the brain's potential, harnessing the power of neuroplasticity (brain adaptation) to empower individuals to thrive in even the most demanding environments.
